The front portion cold catalyst filter helps to destroy formaldehyde, benzene, xylene, and other harmful gasses by converting these into harmless carbon dioxide and water. The activated carbon filter uses coconut shells which are more superior and cleaner compared to charcoals made from coal, wood, and other materials. The carbons are spread over a honeycomb designed surface area for a more efficient absorption of toxins and harmful gases.

HEPA side conforms to standard level 13, capturing less than and more 0.3 um sized particles passing thru it at 99.97% of the time. This filter is best used against soot, pollen, dirt, dust mites, mold spores, moisture, bacteria, virus, and submicron liquid aerosol. This filter fits the PUR808 air sanitizer.
