Warranty
AERIONE warrants to the original purchaser, with proof of purchase, that its delivered products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use from date of purchase to the end of the warranty period.
AERIONE will repair, or at its option, provide an equivalent item or replace, the defective product during the stated warranty period. Refunds are available within the first 30 days of purchase and are only applicable to the original purchaser of the product. This warranty applies only to the repair or replacement of the product and only when the product is properly handled, installed and maintained according to the owner’s manual guidelines. This warranty extends only to personal use and does not extend to any product that has been used for commercial, rental, or any other use in which the product is not intended for. There are no warranties other than the warranties expressly set forth with each product.
The warranty contained herein applies only to the original purchaser and are not assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchaser or end-user. AERIONE is not responsible in any way for any damages, losses, or inconveniences caused by user negligence, abuse, or use noncompliant with the user manual or any additional safety, use, or warnings included in the product packaging and manual.
This warranty does not apply to the following:
- Damage as a result of misuse, accident, abuse, alteration, tampering, or vandalism.
- Improper or non-conformance to maintenance recommendations to include use of non official Aerione filters.
- Damage during return shipping.
- Unsupervised use by children under 18 years of age.
